Our featured artist this month is Tye Johnson. Tye works with mixed media and each series tackles shared life experiences or stand against social injustices and for the rights of people. Tye's visual art training took place at Michigan State University. Her current series, Stop and Smell the Roses, is not only her take on Black Lives Matter, but also her encouragement for all to appreciate the beauty that lies in simple moments and everyday people. This exploration will have 2 installments. Join us for both!
